Marilyn has lived in Fallbrook since 1978 when she moved here from the San Francisco Bay area. She has worked in real estate sales since 1980 and has a real estate broker's license. She prides herself on listening to your needs and negotiating on your behalf. She has experience in land, residential, and grove properties. She has personally owned and taken care of avocado groves, done minor subdivisions on her own behalf and guided others through the process and acted as owner-builder of her own 4000+ square feet home. Her three sons have all been educated through the Fallbrook school system and gone on to graduate from four year universities. Two sons graduated from UC Berkeley and a third from SDSU. Marilyn primarily works in the Fallbrook- Bonsall area but has listed and sold properties in Orange County as well as in the cities of Carlsbad, San Marcos and Coronado in San Diego counties. She is also a member of the Southwest Riverside Board of Realtors and has listed and sold properties in Murrieta, Temecula and Riverside.
