Community Support
Originally established in 1917 as the Raymond Wayman Company, COLDWELL BANKER LANDMARK GROUP has grown and evolved over the years out of a commitment to provide Fallbrook with the best professional services available. As Fallbrook has grown and changed, so have we in order to meet the changing and growing real estate needs of the community.
Today, we make use of computer technology and the Coldwell Banker National Real Estate Network to provide our customers with services and programs designed with them in mind, whether buying or selling. At the same time, we have maintained our home town character and commitment to local service. We are locally owned and operated and offer the services of fifty professional sales agents, all of whom call Fallbrook home. They are vitally concerned and knowledgeable about the growth and development of the community. This concern is put into action with the company's Community Support Fund.
Owners Chris Hasvold and Jim Tudor are committed to balancing the organization between the national franchise and locally owned community oriented businesses.
Although nationally affiliated, COLDWELL BANKER LANDMARK GROUP continues to stay close to its roots. Out of each commission dollar earned, a percentage is returned to the community through the company's Community Support Fund. These monies are targeted principally for the village's youth and seniors. Since its inception in 1986, Coldwell Banker Landmark Group's Community Support Fund has contributed over $350,000 to local charities and organizations.
